1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the AppsPatched website (the "Platform"), operated by AppsPatched FZ-LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered and headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, you ("User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

AppsPatched provides online tools and utilities designed for educational and entertainment purposes related to mobile gaming. AppsPatched serves as a demonstration of web technologies, gaming mechanics, and user interface design. AppsPatched is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any game developer, publisher, or intellectual property holder referenced on the Platform.

The use of third-party trademarks, game names, and images on the Platform is solely for the purpose of identifying the games being discussed in an educational context and constitutes fair use / nominative use under applicable intellectual property law. No claim of ownership or affiliation is made or implied.

All original content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, design, code, graphics, and user interface elements, is the intellectual property of AppsPatched FZ-LLC and is protected under UAE and international copyright law.

5. User Responsibilities & Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• You will not scrape, crawl, or use automated systems to access the Platform without written permission.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, servers, or databases connected to the Platform.
• You accept full responsibility for your use of the Platform and any consequences arising from such use.
• You acknowledge that any use of third-party tools or services is at your own risk and discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, in no event shall AppsPatched FZ-LLC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

• Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
• Any suspension or termination of your access to the Platform.
• Any consequences arising from the use of tools, content, or services presented on the Platform.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are sought, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total aggregate liability of the Company for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed USD $0.00 (zero dollars).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The Company makes no warranty that: (a) the Platform will meet your requirements; (b) the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) the results obtained from the Platform will be accurate or reliable; or (d) any errors on the Platform will be corrected.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AppsPatched FZ-LLC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Platform or any services, tools, or content provided therein.
• Your violation of these Terms of Service.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Platform.
• Any interaction between you and any third-party service accessed through the Platform.

9. DMCA & Copyright Complaints

AppsPatched respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice by contacting us through our Contact page.

Your notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material on the Platform alleged to be infringing.
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing. We respond to all legitimate DMCA requests within 5 business days.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by AppsPatched. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that AppsPatched shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any third-party content, goods, or services available on or through any linked websites or services.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Dubai, UAE, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue on the grounds of inconvenient forum or otherwise.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AppsPatched FZ-LLC regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements, communications, and other understandings relating to the subject matter hereof.
